Food Collection Drive at Noran Clinic Nov.1 – Nov. 15

About this time every year, Noran Neurological Clinic and it’s Centers invites employees to give back during an Annual Giving Campaign. This year, we are rallying together in a two week food collection drive. Our drive begins today, November 1st, and will run through Thursday, November 15th.

Our goal is to help with the food shelf for Thanksgiving! All grocery items will be going to VEAP this year. VEAP has been around for 40 years and is a basic needs and social services organization whose programs help promote access to health food, stable housing and transportation. VEAP relies on donations from others to help support their mission. If you are visiting the Noran Clinic during our drive, we invite you to join us by bringing in a needed item to donate!

The collection boxes are located at each of our six locations in employee spaces, but outside donations can be given to front desk staff who will bring it to the clinic collection box.

Wondering what is needed? Here are some ideas from VEAP:

We look forward to making this a successful drive for the families that need it over the holidays!

This is a very worthwhile cause.
    Many children in the Twin-Cities,
Suburbs included, go hungry every day,
    Unfortunately the majority of Minnesotans
    are totally unaware.
