I have heard that you are conducting seminar in Bloomington on Monday evening, August 22 on DBS, for Parkinson’s patients (by invitation).I do not have Parkinson’s but I do have an Essential Tremor and would like to attend and, if possible, bring a guest. If okay, please advise. [Contact information removed for privacy] Thank you.

Hello Gary! Thank you for reaching out – your comment and contact information has been passed along to the appropriate person managing attendance for that event, Kelly O’Neill. You will be contacted regarding whether there is still space available and registered if there is. I hope you are able to attend and find it helpful!
