BNA: Brain Network Activation

BNA™ (Brain Network Activation) Testing is a new, EEG-ERP electrophysiology technology that has been developed and evaluated over the past several years as a potential means of objectively analyzing brain functionality. BNA™ is an FDA- cleared tool capable of measuring and mapping brain network activity. Noran Neurological Clinic utilizes this technology as part of our concussion management services.

BNA™ Testing utilizes non-invasive Electroencephalogram (EEG) – Evoked Response Potentials (ERP) based technology to identify patterns of neuronal networks activated during a specific brain function, such as memory or attention, which can assist physicians in making personalized clinical decisions. BNA™ has the potential to impact an estimated two billion people worldwide living with neurological and psychiatric disorders, such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, depression, and ADHD.

Noran Neurological Clinic is proud to be partnering with the National Dizzy and Balance Center in the use of this cutting edge technology in our concussion management programs.
