Body Mass Index (BMI) is a useful measure to assess whether your body weight is below or above what is normal according to your height and weight.  Low BMI can be associated with anemia and a weakened immune system.  High BMI can increase your risk for stroke, heart attacks, and sleep apnea.  Find out your personal BMI here:
